Roxanne called last week to ask if we repair carpet that had cigarette burns in it. We see this along with iron marks or iron burns. We repair cigarette burns in carpet using a cookie cutter. The cookie cutter makes a perfect circle and when the repair is done right it’s unnoticeable. She had two cigarette burns that needed repairing, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. From the pictures and review Roxanne seemed to really be happy with her experience. We work very hard to make sure our clienst have a wonderful experience!
