We were called to clean carpets for a client and completely dropped the ball. Our view on excuses is this “Excuses are what people use to make themselves feel better about their failures” No excuses here just acceptance of full responsibility. We misplaced the client’s information and were late. Our lack of attention to detail is unacceptable and this situation will be used to train personnel to ensure this never happens again!
We did not cash their check and offered to pay for another company of their choosing to come in and clean their carpets. In addition, we sent the family a $100 Resturant.com card to enjoy a night out.
We will continue to work very hard and improve our processes to become the very best carpet and flooring company in Baltimore!!!!!
