We were happy to come to the rescue of out new client in Hanover. Kim and her family just got a new puppy, Lucy. She is cute as a button but seems to be having some problems adjusting to her new home, namely the carpet. She seems to think it is the enemy! Lucy has established the company record and is now the all time leader with 10 carpet repairs in one visit! We also did some carpet cleaning on this visit.
