Our clients rental is ready for new carpet. It will be installed in 3 bedrooms, the hallway and stairs. If you own a rental and are considering new carpet, here are a couple things to consider. One is whether or not you will accept pets. Another thing to keep in mind is that the carpet you choose must be able to endure normal wear of your typical tenant.
