The majority of the time, Berber runs are caused by either dragging furniture or by a pet claw. In this case, it was caused by a treadmill. This client was getting rid of her treadmill and called a company to have it removed. This was the result of dragging the treadmill instead of lifting it. This client had extra carpet and was very pleased with the repair job! We will be going back to help her change some light fixtures and do some painting. 🙂
