Todd and Elaine had nearly 1300 sq. ft. of new carpeting installed yesterday. They have been little by little upgrading their home and now it was time for new carpeting. Their cute little puppy MAX also did a couple boo boos on and too the carpet which helped with the decision:) Baltimore Carpet Repair & Cleaning had 2 mechanics on the job 1 with 16 years experience and the other with over 30 years experience. Job Details: Tear out of about 1100 sq. ft. of carpet and about 200 sq. ft. of laminate along with disposal. Upstairs were 3 bedrooms all of which had furniture that needed to be moved along with furniture in the basement. Installation of 8lb. moisture barrier pad. Special sub floor treatment due to dog urine in 1 room. installed 24 box steps and 2 landings. for only…$725! The client purchased their own carpet.
