Pam was referred to us by Cleaning Companions. Pam needed a good carpet cleaning and called the experts at Baltimore Carpet Cleaning. There were a few dark spots that we were able to get out using special stain removal solutions, but some of the red spots were only lightened. Unfortunately, Pam let those stains sit too long. HELPFUL HINT: If you plan on getting your carpets cleaned DON’T use over the counter cleaning solutions because they can actually make the stain worse.
