Linda is one of our Real Estate accounts, and Linda loves animals! Linda had a client moving to Baltimore to rent a condo at Scarlet Place on President St. The carpet wasn’t in bad shape but definitely needed a fresh carpet clean. The carpet was Berber and posed it’s own set of challenges. You see Berber carpet is manufactured using loop construction which means it is one continuous thread the length of the carpet. Because it’s looped it is difficult to clean the fibers inside the loop. We actually get down on our hands and knees to hand scrub the difficult areas insuring we get inside the loop when cleaning.
