Chi found us online when he was searching for carpet repair.  The carpet in his rental was damaged by a cat that the renters had.  The 2 areas affected were by the doorway and stairs which is very common.  If a cat or dog gets acciendentaly lockled in a room or if they are locked out of a room they will atteptm to dig their way in or out.  If not taken care of it will only get worse.
