One of our past clients referred larry to us.  Larry was moving out of his rental and wanted to get the carpet repaired and the carpet cleaned.  Our cleaning process is low moisture and 100% green which is dry in about 35 min!  The repairs performed were due to cigarette burns in the carpet.  Can you guess what the most common carpet repair is?  Pet damage. Cats or dogs digging at the carpet.  In this case the pets were off the hook:)
