Both James and his wife were home during the repair and were very sweet people.  Too bad there isn’t more people like them:)  James had carpet ripples sometimes called carpet bubbles.  We used a Crain power stretcher and the “HOOK” to preform theirs repair.  The “HOOK” digs into the plywood sub floor so that you have leverage to stretch the carpet.  The hook makes power stretching much easier than using the poles, but can only be utilized on plywood sub floors!
