We now do the repairs for a comcast installer, and received an email a week ago asking us to help one of their clients.  We arrived and preformed the repair as we always do.  This time was a bit different though.  She was very unhappy not with the repair, but with the fact that she had to get a repair in the first place.  I understand accidents do happen, and I can see her point. No winners here.
