Peter is a real estate agent referral. He recently purchased a condo in Fells Point. There was existing water damage to the wood floors. Unfortunately, the manufacturer no longer makes the flooring previously installed, so the BCR crew installed new wood flooring. The tape is used to hold the wood in place while the adhesive sets. The new floor looks great!
