It went GREAT. I called and spoke with Jon and he explained what could be done to fix the problems. I was contacted by Patsy at the office and she scheduled the service . My appointment was for 8-9 am. Tom the service tech arrived at 8:05am. He went right to work. Of course my German Shepard had to say hello and show Tom what he did to the carpet. LOL. Tom fixed both problem areas and it looks like new again. I must say this company is a real pleasure to work with. Thank you Patsy, Tom and Jon.

Carpet Stretching

Baltimore Carpet Repair was amazing. I just bought a new house and the carpets were installed very poorly. They were able to stretch them out and fix and problems. It looks really good. They were professional and quick. They also explained their process since I had no idea what was going on. Great place and I will definitely use them again.
