Luxury and vinyl. Did you ever think you would see the day when those two words would be used together? Well, that day is here! What’s changed? Several things. Luxury vinyl is not in sheets, it comes in tile or plank. With new technology, luxury vinyl can be made to look and have the same texture as wood or stone, and offers lots of choices as far as design. (What?) Yes, it’s true, and saving the best for last, they are often less expensive than wood or stone. (keep this in mind) Our client, Dave, is remodeling one of his properties. Of course, there are many things to do. Among them is building a new refrigerator cabinet, a meter closet, and…you guessed it, new flooring.
