Stretched carpeting with ripples in three rooms connected by a carpeted hallway.

This was an excellent experience and the result was outstanding.  Jon and Kevin were on time, most pleasant to deal with, and clearly experienced and knowledgeable. The work carried a lifetime warranty.  If our other wall-to-wall carpeting has problems BCR will be who we will call.
