Some of our clients need a little bit of help with their carpeting, and some need a lot of help. Sometimes it’s just a cleaning, sometimes replacing the pad and carpet, but in this case we may have to replace pad, carpet, AND sub-floor! While assessing this situation, we didn’t even consider our usual motto “Don’t replace it, repair it!” Nope, didn’t even cross our minds. We were thinking “Let’s get to this sub-floor and see whats going on there.” When our client’s trust us with the work they need done, then we need to do the best job possible and make sure it’s done properly.
