The carpet ripples were some of the worst we have ever seen! George our lead tech has been in the business for over 30 years and he said it was the worst he has ever seen which say something. I think we counted like 26 ripples. It was so bad ripples were both in the length and width! 99% of carpet stretching jobs have carpet ripples going in either the length or width but not both.
