Ella called upset because another company no showed her appointment today between 8-10. To top it off her and her husband had already moved all the furniture! Baltimore Carpet Repair & Cleaning was able to get to her 3 hours after her initial call and re stretch her carpet. Something else interesting they shared with me. he company who installed the carpet sent someone out twice to restretch the carpet….if it’s done right you shouldn’t have to stretch it again. Even if you did have to re stretch it once surely you absolutely shouldn’t have to stretch it a third time!
