This was a rental property that needed some attention to the carpet. The carpet was installd poorly thus allowing for it to ripple. Sometime heat and humidity play a factor but 9 times out of 10 it is just plain ole poor installation. Generally you’ll find most stores and installer offer a 1 year warranty. Our standard warranty is 3 years and also have an upgraded lieftime warranty for thosewho want total peace of mind and don’t mind spending more for a high end service.
Although, Damain will use us again and would recommend us to others we dropped the ball a bit in the beginning. We were on the phone with another client when theDamian pulled up to his home. We had a chatter on the phone:) and Damian waited about 5 minuets. We will make sure not to make that mistake again:)
