Marcela was one of the sweetest ladies we have ever had the pleasure to meet and truly enjoyed working for her. There was a Berber run or sometimes called a Berber pull about 3 1/2 inches long that needed to be repaired since it was in a high traffic area. It came out beautiful and she was very pleased.
