Marcella had a Berber run or sometimes called a Berber pull right in the middle of a high traffic area that needed to be repaired. Berber is loop pile construction which means if not addressed quickly it could pull the entire length of the carpet. Marcella also liked that our work comes with a lifetime warranty giving her the highest level of peace of mind. She really loved the repair which came out about as perfect as you can get. We have been hired to go back next week for a carpet cleaning!
