David has a rental in Baltimore that he is getting ready for a new tenant when he noticed a huge bleach stain in one of the bedrooms. Baltimore Carpet Repair & Cleaning was called to do a carpet repair to fix the bleach stain, but instead will be replacing the room of carpet. Because of our connections we are able to replace his 12 x 14 room of carpet for $175! Were not talking the super cheap crap carpet that last a year, but a nice neutral mid grade plush cut pile carpet. Now that price is not always available, but when it is we pass the huge savings on to our valued clients:) Needless to say he is very happy! We are doing the carpet install this week so we will be back with pictures and client review form..
