We’ve worked with Tom from Windgate homes on a couple projects the most recent being a project in Waldorf. Their client contracted Windgate Homes to remodel their basement and it was nearing completion and ready for carpeting. The client picked a high end pattern carpet that needed to be installed perfectly otherwise the pattern in the carpet would clearly show any imperfections. The stairs were to be done NY style which again with a pattern carpet must be done perfectly because on stairs it is easier to see if the carpet isn’t lined up perfectly straight. A lot of time companies will charge more for pattern carpet installation which is normal in the industry.
