Baltimore Carpet Repair & Cleaning was called to Columbia to repair a large stain made worse by over the counter solutions.  Kelly found us on the internet when researching how to repair her carpet.  The carpet fiber have already been affected by the solutions which means only 2 options left either replacing or repairing the carpet, and since the carpet is only 2 years old repair was the way to go.  In addition the repair came out beautiful so no sense wasting all that money to replace the carpet when a carpet repair is a fraction compared to replacing it.
