and were ready for carpet to be installed.  We were able to find a very high quality super plush carpet that sell at HD for over $2 a sq. ft., but because we were able to find it through a remnant wholesaler we got it for $6 a sq. yd. or .67 cents a sq. ft.  I know it’s amazing.  Remnants are brand new rolls of carpet just in smaller quantities generally never enough for an entire home, but great for a room or 2.  In addition, we were also able to secure an ultra high end 10lb. pad! for both rooms. 

JOB: pick up and delivery of carpet, installation of tack strips, pad and carpet for a total of $500!  The carpet and pad alone at the store would have run over $700!
