…new carpeting. The old carpet was old and worn. There were carpet ripples, and the carpet had pet damage. There was a transition repair plus carpet patches that would have been done throughout. The tenants were thrilled to get new carpeting and were very nice while the installation was going on. They even helped move some of the furniture.
