A Carpet patch and carpet spot cleaning was needed to prepare the home for sale. When the damage is small enough a “cookie cutter” can be used. You’ll see what it looks like in the picture, and as you can see the damage is perfect for the cookie cutter! I didn’t get the after picture because my phone died, and the power was turned off in the home so I couldn’t charge my phone. Just my luck.
