This was an interesting job. First the carpet was not power stretched in which always leads to some kind of carpet wave, bubble, or ripple. Secondly, they drove nail trough the carpet into the sub floor to eliminate the sub floor creaking. What they should have done was lift the carpet then put the nails in, and lay the carpet back down. They took the lazy way. In addition, the tack strips were also nearly against the wall which cause for a more difficult stretch. .
