There were some bubbles in the carpet at Kool Smiles in Baltimore that needed some stretching. After speaking with the manager, and a thorough inspection it was apparent what happened. First the carpet could not be stretched since it is glued to the concrete slab. In addition, about a year and a half ago there was a flood in the same area of the carpet bubbles which could have compromised the adhesive holding the carpet down. Because the bubbles are in the middle of the room the only option is an injection process, or replacing the carpet. I’ll let you know what they decide
