Her roommate had a dog that peed on the carpet causing pet damage. She thought of getting the carpet cleaned, but knew that wouldn’t help at all. Although, she knew she wasn’t getting her deposit back she still decided to replace the carpet. I have to tell you most people wouldn’t do that. Great to see there are still good people out there!
