This carpet damage was not caused by a pet even though the client had a cat. Instead it was damage by the home owner trying to move furniture. This happens more than people think. When we move furniture the legs dig into the carpet causing ripples in the carpet and even tear into the carpet. At the risk of sounding self serving you really should get it repair immediately. The problem is that if you leave it there it’s not if it will get worse, but when will it get worse. If you have Berber carpet it is even more important to get it repaired. Berber is a loop pile, and when the loop is broken it will cause a pull the length of your carpet. David called on the Thursday the 29th and within a few hours the repair was complete.
